got my stereo in, took me about 30 min to install. i used the the old wire harness from the other stereo that used to be in it. just a slight mod in the harness. sounds good DVD plays clean. just the screen is little small. ill roll by your place james so you can see hoe it looks. it kinda sticks out from the dash. i was hopingit would be flushwith the dash board. i wired it so you dont need the parking brake on to watch the dvd.

Old skool PPI 2200, and that's a PPI X-over next to it, but it's the newer Pastel series, which is why it's white.

So far, everything is period correct except the subs heh :wiggle:

This is a smaller set up than i had before. before i had two sony 9001gtr amps with two Xtant subs. i still have the xtant subs. saving them fo later.
i decided to go a bit smaller smaller with one amp. but still hella bass, i set the bass setting all the way to -7 still too much bass.

does the face automatically flip down every time you turn off the car?

Only reason I ask is because I had an old pioneer that did that (for face removal) and it finally killed the connecting wire to the face. I like the look of the deck and the features but worry about buying another motorized face deck.
