It looks like they tried to tig it and then used epoxy over it :rolleyes:

That was the failed part... That is the reason I had to change it!

Performance European of Mountain View welded the transmission and said it's proceedure to epoxy over it :clap:

I'm guessing no... There was bits of metal all through the trans. I am going to crack the case this weekend and check out the gears.
