When I detail older cars with a one stage paint job, meaning they have no clear, I polish then use a glaze, like meguiars no. 7, before putting my top coat of wax. If you decide to go with a glaze under your last step product understand that you'll more than likely get better durability if you finish off with a carnuba rather than a sealant in this case since the oil from the glaze will make it more difficult for the sealant to adhere completely to the paint. You can still finish off with a sealant have it look good but it won't last as long as it normally would. Hope that helps.
