Good shop for MK2s

Postby oldscout » Fri Dec 18, 2009 8:09 pm

Anybody know of a good mechanic in the Bay area (preferably the northbay) to fine tune our MK2 Golf to pass the Ca smog test?

Anything out of the ordinary on it? mods? If it's stock, most likely it will pass. Closest recommended shop I'd bring it to is Tomas Sport Tuning in Berkeley. Tim will hook you up :)

Thanks, I'll give him a try as it failed the smog test yesterday.

Bring the test results; they can decipher what the car needs most likely from them :thumb:
