Spring Fitment mk3 to mk2 ??

Postby Karl » Fri Oct 05, 2007 4:53 pm

Would the springs from a MK3 VR6, or Corrado VR6 fit in a MK2 GTi?
And if they would does anyone have a set lying around?

The front VR springs will be very stiff compared to the I4 springs, no?

I've got stock springs and shocks off my 95 VR.

I'd like to give those a shot! :thumb:
What kind of $ are you looking for? I could hook you up with some business cards for the new shop.

I hope to stiffen and raise it up a bit. Right now I'm using stock 16v springs and a 1" nascar style spring rubber.
