tire size

tire size

im thinking which tire size to get.
should i go with 205/40-17 or 215/40-17 Fuzion ZRi tires.
the wheels i have are 17x7.5

if you are looking for moderate stretch, 205 would be it. i had 225 on my 7.5" wheels, and they were perfect I though. protected the wheel, and gave it a little extra width.

i want the stretch look of a 205, and at the same time i want to protect the rims with 215. thought of 225. then its gonna rub against the shocks. also thinking about putting 1 inch spacer in the rear. im getting 1/4 in the front from benn

Whats the offset? Looks like possibly 30 or so. I don't know much about MK3's, so I don't know if they'd rub the springs.

its 42 offset, it kinda sticks in a little, i wasnt thinking about the offset when i bought the wheels :hmm:
